Microsoft 365
Connect your Microsoft 365 account for delegated mail, contacts, and calendar access. Mail and calendar data stay in Microsoft 365 and are fetched only when Aethon needs them.

Email signature
Keep separate signatures for standard and HTML email. Aethon appends the signature that matches the format being sent, with one blank line between the message and signature.
Standard email uses the plain signature. HTML email uses the HTML signature.
Email monitoring
Important or flagged incoming mail is announced automatically. Add lightweight subject or sender rules for anything else you want the assistant to surface.

Calendar reminders
Aethon honors the reminder configured on each Microsoft 365 calendar event. There is no separate Aethon reminder schedule to maintain.
Parent accounts
Parents are existing AethonAI users. The parent being added or removed must authenticate that exact relationship change.
